           Xu** was a 18-year-old male patient of AIS. In the peroperation assessment, the Cobb measuring of scoliosis was 92˚and the Cobb measuring of kyphosis was 72˚. The body and the upper limb were asymmetry. The patient underwent the anterior thoracic solution surgery In July 7th and skull traction with condyles of femur traction On July 22th.  In Aug 7th , the posterior orthopaedics with the TRSH fixation was undergone. After operation, the Cobb measuring of scoliosis was 30˚and the Cobb measuring of kyphosis was 40˚. The patient could walk with bracing after 10 days from the day of operation without abnormal manifestation.
