Li**, 12-year-old patient of AIS, had the different height of shoulders before the operation. The right shoulder was 1.5 cm higher than the left one. The distance from the body to the both upper limb wasn’t equal and asymmetry. The Cobb measuring was 120˚.On Mar.12th, the patient underwent anterior epiphyseal arrest and posterior interbody fusion with TSRH fixation. After the operation, the Cobb measuring was 5˚ and the scoliosis rectification rate was 94%. The  rectification of appearance deformity was satisfied. The shoulders were in the same level and the both upper limb were symmetry. The walking posture was obviously advanced.
